His experience spans DeFi, gaming, governance DAOs, IP and consumer applications, multiple L1/L2 ecosystems, and several major NFT communities. With a background in creative direction and production, Rahim has led cultural and commercial projects across fashion, tourism, and luxury products helping translate niche ideas into mainstream moments in Web2.

Maria Sultanova is the Co-Founder and COO of Arts DAO, which she helped establish in 2021 alongside Danosch Zahedi, Anas Bhurtun, Rahim Mahtab, Aidana Kapen and Zayaan Al Mukhaini. Before stepping into the Web3 world, Maria was part of the founding commercial team at Bayut, contributing to the sales infrastructure that helped the platform grow into a UAE unicorn.

Her background includes leading fintech sales teams, building commercial engines, and developing go-to-market strategies across the MENA region.

At Arts DAO, she drives operations and strategic partnerships, playing a key role in scaling the organization’s community and global footprint.

With a background in technical project management and digital operations, Aidana was part of the original team that helped launch Arts DAO and shape its early community, product workflows, and digital presence. Her experience spans coordinating website launches, structuring project pipelines, and organizing cross- functional teams to deliver smooth and reliable execution across Web3 initiatives.

She has spent the past several years working full-time in tech and Web3, combining hands-on operational coordination with a strong understanding of product lifecycles and user-facing experiences. Before moving into the broader 021 ecosystem, she worked on projects at Cointelegraph, supporting technical specifications, API alignment, and development workflows for large-scale content and platform updates.

Now at 021 and Parable, Aidana supports multiple product teams by building clear workflows, aligning design and development requirements, and ensuring consistent execution from planning to launch across 021's portfolio, including Arts DAO.

Zayaan Al Mukhaini is an Omani entrepreneur and connector focused on the intersection of Web3, AI, and venture capital. He is the Co-founder of Arts DAO, the leading Web3 community in the Middle East, and a Venture Partner at TBV, where he helps lead major global crypto events during conferences such as Token2049, ETHCC, and KBW—hosting over 40,000 attendees in the past year.

Zayaan previously worked at Nintendo and IHG, before joining Coinvesting AI Fund, a $100M Ai Fund, where he supported early-stage AI startups from top universities like Cambridge and helped establish regulated fund structures within DIFC. His main focus now is helping Arts DAO with BD, events and membership sales with the launch of the clubhouse.

With over 9 years of experience in branding, design, and creative strategy, Giulia has worked on creative campaigns and brand identities for clients including Marvel, Disney, Lego, Serie A, and CBRE, working with both agencies and companies such as Accenture. She focuses on building clear narratives, shaping visual identities, and developing marketing strategies that drive meaningful engagement across different mediums.

She has been working full-time in Web3 for the past 4 years, combining professional expertise with active participation in the ecosystem. Before joining Arts DAO, she was Head of Product at Fragment Studios, where she worked on AppliedPrimate, a community-driven interactive NFT and gaming project that leveraged Bored Ape Yacht Club IP through immersive storytelling and activations.

At Arts DAO she oversees growth, brand strategy, and member experience, driving cohesive communication and consistent execution across all touchpoints.
